Transporter Meets

HPCL always focusses to provideg outstanding customer service and vehicle care at its retail outlets. Hence, it has always been an endeavour in DriveTrack Plus program to meet customers to understand their business needs. DriveTrack Plus loyalty card program has been designed is to provide complete fuel management solution to transporters, corporates and bulk buyers of fuel. Among many activities undertaken to connect to these customer segments, transporter meets are organized at various places, especially at transport hubs.

Redemption Meets

DriveTrack Plus understands the importance of redemption of reward points earned by patronizing the loyalty card program. As an endeavour to keep a continuous connect with customers, Redemption Meets are organized, where rewarding and redemption processes are explained to customers. Immediate redemptions (for fuel and gift) are also carried out.

Dealer-Customer Networking

It is always important for our dealers to connect to customers to serve them better. As part of customer connect, Networking Meets are being organized, where dealers and customers meet and discuss.

Insurance Cheque Hand Over

DriveTrack Plus program is a Fleet management cum loyalty card program, essentially for fleet Operators and Owners to purchase fuel and lubricants at our petrol pumps across the country. These cards are issued to fleet owners and operators against each enrolled vehicle. DriveTrack Plus provides insurance facility to Drivers and Helpers against accidental death and permanent disability. This scheme is applicable for Drivers and Helpers with active cards*.
