DriveTrack Plus Program
What is DriveTrack Plus?
DriveTrack Plus is a powerful prepaid loyalty card offered by HPCL. It offers fleet owners / corporates an unbeatable combination of convenience in payment, security, control over transactions, vehicle tracking and generous reward points.
How do I become a member of the DriveTrack Plus program?
The application form for enrolling is available at designated HPCL petrol pumps, our Regional Offices or HPCL Marketing Officer.
Fill the form completely and clearly with all the relevant details.
The completed application form along with the enrolment fees can be deposited at a participating HPCL retail outlet or sent to HPCL Marketing Officer.
You will receive your welcome kit along with your DriveTrack Plus cards within 21 working days.
In case you need any help in filling up the application form you may call the Helpline number or contact the HPCL Marketing Officer.

What is the enrolment fee for the program?
There is an enrolment fee of Rs. 50/- per card. For example if you wish to enroll 5 vehicles the fee would be Rs. 250/-.

How long does it take me to become a DriveTrack Plus Member?
You will receive your DriveTrack Plus card along with membership kit within 21 days from the submission of the completed application form.

For how long is my membership valid?
DriveTrack Plus membership is valid for a period of 3 years from date of issuance.

Where do I contact for assistance?
Our Customer Service Helpline works 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Call the toll free Helpline number (1800-26-71267) for assistance/queries or other issues.

What happens when one of the vehicles I enrolled is no longer controlled by me?
You can simply stop using the fleet card assigned to the vehicle and call up the call centre to disable further transactions by hotlisting the card. However before placing a card blocking request please ensure that there is no unused card balance on that particular DriveTrack Plus Card. You can use up the balance by purchase transactions equal to the value of unused balance or transfer balance from that particular DriveTrack Plus card to you CCMS account.

Will I get a refund if I discontinue a vehicle or my membership mid-way?
No there is no refund if you discontinue membership midway or delete a vehicle midway. But you can transfer funds from a user card to your CCMS account from where the funds can be used by other cards issued to you.

Can I add vehicles Midway?
Yes, you can add vehicles midway by filling up the application form (along with vehicle details and fee of Rs. 50/- per card payable by cheque/DD) and send it to the HPCL Marketing Officer.

What are the types of vehicles for which I can be issued DriveTrack Plus cards ?
You apply for DriveTrack Plus card for a wide variety of vehicles viz. trucks, buses, trailers, LCVs, cars, taxis, jeeps, vans, etc.

Can an Individual become a DriveTrack Plus member?
Yes, individual vehicle owner (of the above category of vehicles) can become a member of DriveTrack Plus program.

DriveTrack Plus Cards
What is a DriveTrack Plus card?
DriveTrack Plus is a smart card given to the DriveTrack Plus member for each vehicle enrolled in the program. It carries an electronic purse which can be recharged and used for payments for purchase of fuels, lubes and various other services at the HPCL petrol pumps participating in the DriveTrack Plus program.

How many cards will I get?
You will be given one smart card (called user card) per vehicle enrolled and one fleet control card. For instance, if you enroll five vehicles under the program, you will be entitled for five DriveTrack Plus user cards and one fleet control card.

The fleet control card number can be used by the card member/fleet owner for transactions such as CCMS Recharge (by cash), CCMS balance enquiry, Rewards points balance, etc. The control card comes with a PIN feature for secure transactions. The user card can be used by your employee/driver for purchase of fuel and lubes at HPCL petrol pumps and a host of other transactions like Cash Reload, CCMS Reload, Tracking, Card balance enquiry, Balance transfer from card to CCMS account.

Is my DriveTrack Plus card Vehicle Specific or Company specific?
In order to provide you both flexibility and security we provide you with two types of cards – user card and control card.

Your DriveTrack Plus user card is vehicle specific and each DriveTrack Plus user card is personalized with the vehicle number printed on it.
The control card is corporate specific for carrying out customer level transactions, e.g. CCMS Recharge in central account.

Can I use one card for more than one vehicle?
No, a vehicle specific DriveTrack Plus user card can be used only for fuelling the vehicle for which it has been issued.

What should I do if I lose the card?
In case you lose your card or you are not able to locate the card, immediately call the toll free helpline number 1800-26-71267 to hotlist the card. The call centre will arrange for permanent/temporary hotlisting of card within 24 Hrs.

What is hotlisting of a card?
Hot listing the card means blocking the card for any future transactions. Once a card is hotlisted no transactions can be done using that card. Hotlisting is of two types:
Temporary hotlisting: Card is hotlisted but can be reactivated later. This option can be used if you wish to bar your card from carrying out transactions for a limited period or if the card is misplaced and there is a possibility of finding it out. This card can be reactivated by sending a reactivation request in the prescribed format.
Permanent hotlisting: Card is permanently hotlisted and cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use the card again then you’ll have to apply for a new card. This option should be used in case the card is stolen or lost.

Under what circumstances can a card be hotlisted?
The card can be hotlisted if:
The card has been lost, stolen, robbed or misplaced.
The card membership has been cancelled for some reason.
At the discretion of HPCL administrator/program manager.
How can I reactivate hotlisted cards?
A hotlisted card can be reactivated on receipt of a written request from the card member and this process is known as de-hotlisting. On acceptance of the request the hotlisted card can be de-hotlisted subject to the card not having been permanently hotlisted.

How much time it would take to de-hotlist the card?
If a request for reactivating a card has been accepted by HPCL, the reactivation would be done immediately / within 48 hours of request . However the card has to be updated at the EDC terminal at any participating HPCL petrol pump for getting it reactivated.

How will I get a replacement card once I lose the original card?
A replacement card can be issued to the card member after due verification and application for replacement card alongwith payment of replacement card fee which is Rs. 50 per card.

Is there any maximum limit on purchase of product in a particular day?
A DriveTrack Plus user card comes with preset limits as given below:
Maximum limit in value for each sale trasaction.
Daily limit of Sales in value.
Maximum CCMS reload limit in value.
Monthly sale limit of in value.
Contact the HPCL Markting Officer in your area or the call centre for changes in these limits as per your requirements.
CCMS
What is CCMS?
Central Cash Management System (CCMS) is a feature in fleet card program that allows a customer to centrally maintain funds in loyalty system which can be apportioned for reloading of individual cards. Thus in place of directly loading an individual card against cash payment at a participating retail outlet, your employee holding the user card can transfer funds from your CCMS account maintained in the loyalty system.

Is there a CCMS account for every customer?
Yes, every member of DriveTrack Plus program has a CCMS account.

How are funds in CCMS managed?
When a CCMS Reload on a user card is done, the user card gets credited and the CCMS account of the customer gets depleted with the same amount. Only the cards issued to a customer can reload from his/her CCMS account.

How do I recharge my CCMS account?
You may recharge your CCMS account by:
Electronic funds transfer – RTGS/NEFT
Cash payment at any participating outlet
However, facility for Electronic funds payment for ‘CCMS Recharge’ is enabled on request.

What are the benefits of CCMS?
CCMS is a versatile solution for corporate and fleet operators whose fleets ply at multiple locations. CCMS provides you the facility of centrally recharging this account and making funds available to your cards at multiple locations. Moreover, using your web login, you can set specific limits on various cards for utilization of funds from CCMS account.

Funds in one of my card are lying unused. How do I use it?
Any idling funds can be transferred from user card to CCMS account. Just present this card at any of the participating outlet for balance transfer. The Transferred amount will be immediately available in your CCMS account for all cards.

How can I control use of CCMS by my employees?
The customer can restrict or allow a card to access the funds in CCMS account. You can also assign the value that will be available to a particular card.

Where can I view the balance in my CCMS account?
You can access the available balance and transaction details on website.

Security
What are the security features in my DriveTrack Plus Fleet card?
Each DriveTrack Plus user card comes with a PIN, which only you or your driver/ employee will know. Only on entering of the correct PIN the user card can be operated. If anyone enters the wrong PIN 3 times in succession, the card gets blocked. The card can be unblocked either by logging a request on the helpline number or with the HPCL Marketing Officer in your area.
The control card also has a PIN for use by the fleet owner.

What is a PIN?
PIN is a Personal Identification Number used for authentication of the user card holder. PIN is keyed in at the time of transactions for security. PIN of your control card is sent to you separately in a secure PIN mailer.

I think that an unauthorized person has found my PIN. What should I do in this case?
You should change your card PIN immediately. The PIN of your card (user card a well as control card) can be changed at the DriveTrack Plus EDC terminal at any designated HPCL outlet. You should periodically change your PIN to maintain security.

How to unblock my blocked user card?
If wrong PIN is entered 3 times, your user card gets blocked. A request for card unblocking can be placed on toll free helpline or with the Marketing Officer. Once the unblocking request has been approved, the user card will have to carry out an 'unblocking transaction' at the EDC terminal at a participating HPCL retail outlet for unblocking the card.

In case I forget PIN of my DriveTrack Plus control card, what should I do?
The request for re issue of control card PIN is to be placed over the helpline. The control card PIN will be mailed to you.

EDC Terminal Transactions
What is an EDC terminal?
The EDC terminal is a card reading machine and a Point of Sale machine provided at HPCL petrol pumps participating in the DriveTrack Plus program. The EDC terminal is used to carry out various transactions using the cards.

What transactions can be done on the EDC terminal at a retail outlet?
Following transactions can be done at a retail outlet:
Purchase of Motor fuels/Lubes
Cash Reload
CCMS Reload
CCMS Recharge
Vehicle Tracking
Card balance enquiry
CCMS balance enquiry
Loyalty Rewards balance enquiry
Voiding an incorrect transaction
Changing card PIN
Updating the user card parameters
Balance Transfer from user card to CCMS a/c
  and other transactions

Do I need to insert my cards in the EDC terminal for transactions?
Only the User card needs to be inserted in the terminal for transactions. For control card related transactions only the control card number and control PIN are required to be keyed on the EDC terminal.

I purchased fuel for Rs. 1000/- but by mistake the delivery boy made a swipe of Rs. 10,000/-. What should I do?
The transaction can be voided at the EDC terminal after which the money will be credited back to your card. After voiding the erroneous transaction, a new transaction can be carried out.

What is balance transfer?
Balance transfer refers to transfer of unused balance in any of your user cards to your CCMS account in DriveTrack Plus loyalty program.

Web Transaction
Why do I need a web account?
All the details of transactions carried out by your DriveTrack Plus cards are captured by our loyalty system and updated in the website. You can access these details any time of the day from the confines of your office or on the move using your web login. This helps you monitor the movements and transactions by each of your vehicles 24x7 from wherever you are.

How do I login into my web account?
Please use your web access login and password to login into your web account.

What information can I get from my web account?
Your web account carries details of all reload, purchase and other transactions carried out by all your cards. It also has details of the CCMS recharge, Drivestars earned and redeemed, vehicle tracking details, individual user card balances, user card spend limits, CCMS balance and other ready to use reports.

What are card parameters?
Various limits on the card like sale limits, e-purse limit, CCMS Reload limit, services available on the card etc. are known as card parameters.

How do I set spend limits on a card?
Call the call centre or contact the HPCL Marketing Officer to place a request for change in the spend limits on your user card(s).

How do I view the CCMS reload limit set on individual cards?
Go to the ‘ view customer card’ link and select the individual card to view the CCMS reload limit.

What is customer profile?
All the details like customer name, contact details, type of vehicles owned/attached, etc. provided by you in the application are entered into our backend and constitute the customer profile.

My address/contact details have changed. What should I do?
You can place request on call centre for changing the details in your customer profile.

Drivestars and Redemption
What are Drivestars?
On every transaction you do using your DriveTrack Plus card you earn reward points. These reward points are called Drivestars. The Drivestars you earn are accumulated collectively under your corporate account/customer Id.

How can I know my Drivestars balance?
The balance can be checked from the helpline or seen online on the DriveTrack Plus website.

What is the process to redeem the Drivestars I earn?
The Drivestars can be redeemed in the following ways:
Call Center: To redeem your Drivestars for all the vehicles in your fleet, just call the customer service number and place a request for redemption of drivestars you are willing to redeem.
DriveTrack Plus website: Just login to your web-account and submit an online redemption request.

How do I receive my reward?
When you redeem, rupee value equal to your Drivestars is credited to your CCMS account from where it can be used by your user cards by carrying out CCMS Reload transactions.

Can my driver redeem Drivestars?
No. Only the fleet owner will have control to redeem Drivestars. All the Loyalty points of his fleet will be credited to his central account and he can redeem the points whenever he wants by a request on the helpline or on the website.
Vehicle Tracking
What is vehicle tracking?
DriveTrack Plus offers you a unique feature of finding out the whereabouts of your vehicle at anytime, anywhere in the country on a near real time basis. This feature is known as vehicle tracking.

How do I track my vehicles?
Your driver has to carry out a ‘Tracking transaction’ on the EDC terminal at any HPCL designated outlet and enter his PIN Number. This is regardless of whether he does any other transaction or not. The information of the vehicle location is captured and is incorporated in the system on real time basis and you can access this information using your web access to drivetrackplus.com or on the call centre. The information provided includes vehicle number, date and time of card punching and HPCL outlet address.

Can I get the information of tracking through the call center?
Yes, you can get the tracking information through the call center. The fleet owner has to identify himself first and after successful verification of identity, the tracking information will be provided by the call center.
MIS
Do I get any report/MIS of the transactions?
DriveTrack Plus fleet management program equips you with useful MIS reports, which give multi dimensional details of your fleet operation. These reports help you control your fleet better and reduce its operating expenditure. These reports can also be downloaded from our website.

How do I access the information about fuel purchased by my fleet?
Use your login id and password to access to details of transactions on the website.
You can access the information of fuel purchases by your fleet through your web account.

What information do these reports provide?
The drive tack program gives total control over your Fleet through vehicle-wise as well as overall fleet-wise MIS reports. The reports will show:
Account number
Odometer reading
Quantity
Transaction amount
Vehicle Number
Fuel type
Transaction date and type
Balance of Drivestars in your account
Central Cash Management System (CCMMS) account balance
Balance amount in user cards
Drivestars earned
Drivestars redeemed
